In addition to the morning practice, also practice the first two Yama’s during the day:

  1. Ahimsa: Non violence, non harmingWhat does it mean for you? How do we look to ourself/ others? How is violence in your words/mind?

  2. Satya: TruthfulnessSay the truth. Are you truthful to your heart? Can you speak the language of your heart?
