We are dedicated to supporting you in your personal growth so you can feel the joy of being. For the third year in a row we will come together for the Delight Summer Retreat at D’Alijo Retreat Center in Portugal. Here we will offer three inspirational retreats to go deeper into your yoga practice, heart connection and meditation. You will also enjoy a communal experience with a
like minded group of people who are focused on finding a deeper and more meaningful connection to themselves and life.
In today world, we are constantly bombarded with external stimuli and distractions, and it's easy to become disconnected from ourselves, our true nature, and what`s truly important in life. The Delight Summer Retreat offers you the unique opportunity to take a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, live close to nature and tune in to your innermost being. The summer camp is a time to be free of distractions and focus on yourself in a beautiful and peaceful natural environment.
At the heart of the Summer retreats is the practice and wisdom of yoga, which offers an ancient and powerful way to connect with yourself on a deep level. By practicing yoga in a retreat setting close to nature and away from the distractions of daily life, you can dive deeper into your practice and access a level of clarity and peace that might be harder to achieve otherwise.
But the Delight Summer Retreat is about much more than just yoga. It`s an opportunity to immerse yourself in a supportive community of like-minded individuals who are all seeking to reconnect with themselves and live from the heart. When we come together with others who are on a similar path, we can find a sense of belonging and support that can be difficult to find in the outside world. We can also learn from each other and be inspired by each others journeys. By living close to nature in the retreats we can regain connection to the wisdom and guidance of the natural world, waking us to the wonder that is nature and that we are a part of this beautiful world not separate from it.
The Delight Summer Retreat is led by our senior teachers Satya and Sahaj and consists of three 10-day retreats l that are named “The Body”, “The Heart” and “The Mind”. Each retreat has its own focus bringing you a profound opportunity for growth, healing, and transformation. You can participate in one retreat or stay for the summer and do all three. Each retreat is carefully designed by Satya and Sahaj based on a lifetime of teaching experience working with people of all ages and backgrounds. The retreats are designed to support you to walk your own path towards the joy of being and to establish in you a healthy, balanced life in deep connection to your inner life and your outer world.
THE BODY RETREAT
8 to 17 JULY
During the 10-day Body retreat, you will reconnect with the wisdom, joy, vitality, and health of your physical body. This is a space where you can unwind and let go of your worries, while diving deep into your practice and exploring the subtle energy body.
Through gentle and strong asana practices, deep connected breathing techniques, and purification practices, you will learn to let go of what is no longer serving you. These practices will help you to release any physical, emotional, and mental toxins, allowing you to open up to your full potential. Throughout this retreat, you will be guided through yogic techniques from Tibet and India, discovering new ways to connect with your inner alchemist and inner healer. You will learn the basics of Ayurveda, and gain a deeper understanding of your body and its needs.
As you move through your practice, you will begin to see your body as a sacred temple, dedicated to awakening your true self. With each breath, you will cleanse and purify, allowing yourself to fully let go and surrender to the present moment. This is a journey of self-discovery and self-love. As you connect with your physical body, you will begin to feel a renewed sense of vitality and joy. You will find yourself moving with more grace and ease, and your mind will become clear and focused.

THE HEART RETREAT
20 to 29 JULY
Welcome to The Heart, a 10-day yoga retreat designed for those who are ready to let go of what is holding them back and embrace their full expression of creativity, wisdom, and vitality. This is a space where you can open up and reconnect with your inner self, allowing compassion, love, and equanimity to emerge naturally in your life.
Through the practice of asanas, pranayama, and kriyas, you will begin to release any emotional and energetic blockages that are preventing you from living your fullest life. But that`s not all. This retreat will also focus on more subtle energy practices such as dynamic meditations, Chi Gong, and Flow Practice. These practices will help you to connect with your inner compass, allowing you to embrace your true self and let go of what you are not. As you move through your practice, you will learn to listen to your body, mind, and spirit. You will discover the power of your breath, and how it can help you to open up and release any tension or stress that you may be carrying. With each practice, you will feel more connected to your innermost
truth, allowing you to fully open yourself up to the world.

Welcome to The Mind, a yoga retreat designed to help you find peace, clarity, and spaciousness within the nature of your mind. In today's world, our minds are constantly distracted by endless thoughts, worries, and pondering leaving us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves. But that doesn't have to be the case.
During The Mind, you will learn the foundation of mindfulness practice and dive deeper into meditation techniques that will firmly establish you in your peace, awareness, and presence. You will learn how to quiet the monkey mind and find a sense of calm within the chaos. With each practice, you will begin to see the world with greater clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself. As you move through this retreat, you will find that your mind becomes more focused and still. You will learn to let go of the worries and distractions that are holding you back, allowing you to connect with your inner self and find a sense of inner peace. With each practice, you will feel more grounded, centered, and present.
