Our ability to connect with our self in a free and natural way is what give space to heal ourselves and truthfully connect in the most intimate way with our partner and ultimately as a path to union with the divine-supreme reality that reside within our own natural being.

In this retreat we will explore sacred intimacy as a yoga to help us go beyond and transform our limited individual personal desires to discover healing and awakening through relationships and awakening our authentic energy. 
 
The yogic path of sacred intimacy and sexuality is bringing this force within us into clarity, bliss and awareness using ancient yogic methods and inquiry. This ancient yoga is called The Yoga of Bliss is considered to be the highest and most powerful practice of yoga.

There is so much interest in this time in how to integrate intimacy and sexuality in our lives as well as confusion and misunderstandings around the whole subject of sex and relationships.

Satya and Sahaj will offer practical tools and experiential guidance for those who are interested in relationship as a spiritual path, awakening the potentiality of bliss in the body and healing sexual trauma and wounds.

Open to anyone with or without partners or prior yoga experience.

The retreat will be held in Silence and  the stillness will allow us naturally to familiarize and gravitate to the ground of our minds, and become more familiar wit the natural intelligence of our being.
