An invitation to explore and immerse ourselves in the inner layers of the subtle body of existence, trusting in our most intimate intelligence. "Prana" pure consciousness, from where life manifest constantly, spontaneously.
We are here to rediscover and trust ourselves in our innermost intelligence.
An invitation for those who have the curiosity to explore and for those who have explored and applied the teachings of yoga for some time and who are familiar with and willing to share, a journey into our pranic body and how we can feel more at ease and comfortable in our own living organism, our home, our “being a body” .
So let’s enter together deeper, where we slow down enough to listen, to feel our latent inner intelligence pulsing and always searching for harmony naturally.
Like a musical instrument that wants to play its own music, a seed knows its own nature how to flower and how to bloom, a tree that only knows intrinsically to share its flowers and fruits with all, because generosity is its nature.

Satya Katiza
Satya is a yogini in heart and soul, her life has been driven by searching for Truth from a young age after a close encounter with death when she was 13 years old. When returning to her physical body she had with her the indestructible taste of no fear. After that, she consciously made life and impermanence of life her research field, with no fear she moved into all different realities, and with great curiosity to meet in the real presence the presence of others human beings with the same ground of knowing “ we all are limitless and timeless”.
Her first language to communicate from Here was drawing and painting, Yoga and meditation were her playing field where she naturally was plugged in the field of all-knowing. She didn’t really learn yoga, she remembered it. Sharing this yoga was a natural outcome, painting and yoga were her expressions until yoga took over everything in her life as a direct language and service to humanity. Satsang has come as a natural outcome of sharing the nectar with all that are ready to receive it.
