We are walking alone but  together (sangha) in this subtle life pilgrimage from the dream of separation to the living awaken heart of all living beings.

We show up fully, we open our heart's unconditionally, we let our heart spill out all over the place and offer the same space to everybody.

Empty yourself of everything.
Let the mind settle down.
The ten thousand things ascend and descend while the Self watches their return.
They grow and bloom and then return to the source.
Returning to the source is calmness, which is the way of nature
