We will also discover the veils that are obscuring our vision from what it is we are truly here for to serve and create in alignment with our deepest source.

Sahaj
Sahaj is a dedicated yoga practitioner who has been studying and practicing yoga for 30 years. His approach to teaching is eclectic and draws from many different methods and teachings to help students align their lives towards awakening. His focus is to offer the right method for the individual according to their needs and aspirations. He is the life partner of Satya and together they developed & led for more than 9 years Sva Dharma the Delight yoga teacher training and offered guidance in the spiritual direction of the school.
Now days he lives and share dharma from "pura amrita" his being residency together with Satya, allowing the flow of dharma to continue endlessly growing with "living awareness foundation" founded in 2023 with the sangha members to support and hold each other here and now.
